These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by a PRA and supplied to a PRA by Turtle Wax Europe Limited (“TWEL”). A PRA is defined as a retailer reselling to third parties with a business in premises and/or online (“Retailer”) or a detailer or car valet with premises or mobile services with no third party sales (“Detailer”) as applicable. By placing an order, the PRA agrees to be bound by these terms.
PRAs are solely businesses registered in the United Kingdom and Ireland that are approved by TWEL prior to any orders being made. Personal users will not be permitted a PRA.
PRAs may not sell any products ordered on any third party discount websites including, but not limited to: eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, Instagram, Facebook and Google.
PRAs are not authorised distributors or affiliates of TWEL and have no accreditation in respect of TWEL products and can only hold themselves out as retailers or users of TWEL products.
PRAs may be terminated at any time and for any reason by TWEL in its absolute discretion.
All orders placed must be paid for in full in advance before despatch by one of our authorised payment processes. No orders can be made over the telephone. A minimum order value of £450 for a Retailer and £150 for a Detailer shall apply to each order placed.
TWEL retains title to all products ordered until payment has been made in full.
Prices for products are as set out on the TWEL website and as calculated at the time of payment. Any discounts will be applied and illustrated at the time of checkout. PRAs will be responsible for all costs of dispatch including delivery, transport, import and export duties and all other taxes and payments required to enable delivery to the PRA business address.
Delivery of product in stock will be within 48 hours of the time of payment in full for the products being made by the PRA (excluding any non-working days in such period of 48 hours). Delivery will be by TWEL’s authorised delivery partners.
TWEL’s liability in respect of all products supplied under any order in contract, tort, negligence or under any warranty shall be limited in all cases to the return of the purchase price for the products paid by the PRA in respect of any relevant order.
Any claims for errors in respect of any order delivered must be made within 24 hours of delivery and, if not made within such time, the order will be deemed to be correct.
Any incorrect or faulty products may be returned for refund or exchange provided that the PRA returns the products in a resalable condition, in their original packaging, with a copy of the invoice, reason for return and PRA customer number. All such returns must be made within 5 days of delivery with all delivery charges paid by the PRA.
All patents, rights to inventions, copyright and related rights, trade marks, business names, domain names and rights in getup goodwill and all other rights in the products remains with and belong to TWEL.
The PRA and TWEL agree that the validity, interpretation and performance of any order and any dispute or claim arising out of any order shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any disputes.
