Standard Returns Policy

Sometimes you simply change your mind about something you’ve bought online and want to return it for a refund. As long as the item is in its original condition and unused, you can return it within 60 days of delivery to receive a full refund of the cost of the goods to your original payment method. Please note that if security seals are broken or if blister packaging has been opened, the product is not in its original condition.

Returns after 60 days

We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after 61 days. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Want to exchange an item?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item you purchased for the same item, please email SupportUK@turtlewax.com.

FAQs

How long will it take to get my refund?

Usually our refunds are speedy—you should receive a refund within a few days of Turtle Wax receiving your parcel. If approved, refunds rely on your bank processing the payment, so please allow up to 10 business days before contacting us.

What should I include in my parcel?

Pack the items you wish to return, attach the return label, and take your parcel to your nearest parcel shop. Hand your parcel to a member of staff to receive a receipt.

Please keep your receipt as proof of postage.

Will I receive proof of postage?

Yes. The parcel shop will provide proof of postage. Keep this safe, as very occasionally parcels can go astray.
