Description

This revolutionary 2-in-1 wheel cleaner product removes stubborn, iron-based contaminants like brake dust, rail dust and road grime from your wheels.

And, unlike other cleaners for your wheels and tyres, this pH-neutral formula is safe to use on your car’s sensitive clear coat. The chemistry in the spray performs the work of a clay bar, only safer because, in many cases, it can be used with touch-free application.

How To Use

    To use as a wheel cleaner:
  1. Make sure your wheels are cool to the touch. If necessary, cool them down with cold water from a hose or pressure washer.
  2. Shake well and spray the product onto the surface of the wheel and brake components until they are thoroughly soaked
  3. Ensure all the surfaces are wet and covered with product, and let the spray sit for 2–4 minutes.
  4. If your wheels are heavily stained or caked in grime, use a wheel cleaning brush to scrub the product, ensuring the spray reaches all crevices. We suggest the Wheel Woolie Boar’s Hair Soft Brush.
  5. Rinse thoroughly with a power washer or garden hose..
  6. Hand dry using a microfibre towel.
    7. To remove iron contaminants from the clear coat:
  7. Wash and dry your car.
  8. Be sure all surfaces are cool to the touch and avoid working in direct sunlight.
  9. Identify the areas you want to decontaminate.
  10. Shake well and spray Hybrid Solutions Iron Remover onto a 2’ x 2’ panel until saturated.
  11. Let the spray sit for 2–4 minutes.
  12. If your clear coat is heavily contaminated, we recommend using our Microfiber Mesh Bug and Decontamination Towel to scrub the surface.
  13. Rinse with a power washer or garden hose before drying with a microfibre towel.
  14. Continue decontaminating your car, focus on 2’ x 2’ sections.
  15. If any iron contaminants are still present, use a clay bar or clay mitt to address those stubborn spots.
